The FINA World Junior Open Water Swimming Championships 2018 was officially opened tonight with a splendid and vibrant Opening Ceremony by the Ice Mall in Eilat, Israel.
After welcome speeches from the Organising Committee Chairman, the FINA TOWSC Chairman Ronnie Wong and the Mayor of Eilat Meir Yitzhak Halevi, a music band performed some up-beat songs in the honour of the athletes.

Magnificent fireworks were also visible next to the stage.
