Based in the Olympic-capital city of Lausanne, FINA is the world governing body of aquatics and an independent organisation formed by 209 National Federations. A purpose-driven organisation that runs over 70 events around the world, helps ensure the regular celebration of the Olympic Summer Games and uses aquatic sport as an agent for positive social change around the world.

Current Opportunities at FINA
Following a successful spring 2022 debut to the FINA Athlete Internship programme, we are back looking for applicants for two paid six-month internships. With a mission to cultivate aquatic talent both on and off the competitive field of play, recent and current aquatics athletes that competed at the showcase events of the aquatics world – the FINA World Championships, the FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) and the Olympics – are invited to apply.
