The 21st edition of the FINA World Men’s Junior Water Polo Championships is set to kick-off in Prague (CZE) from August 28-September 5, 2021, gathering 18 teams from from Africa, America, Asia and Europe.

Contested by athletes of 20 years old and younger, the four groups' composition for the tournament unfolds as follows:

GROUP A: ITA, CRO, UZB, RUS, ARG
GROUP B: ESP, SRB, USA, SVK, CZE
GROUP C: BRA, HUN, GER, EGY
GROUP D: GRE, KAZ, RSA, MNE

The Greek team won the previous edition in 2019 in Kuwait City, while Serbia clinched silver and Italy bronze.
