On February 19, 2015, the swimmer Arseniy Gvozdeu (BLR) was tested positive to the prohibited substance Metandienone (Class S.1.1.a Exogenous Anabolic Androgenic Steroids) following an out-of-competition doping control test conducted in Minsk (BLR).
 
The Disciplinary Committee of the National Anti-Doping Agency of Belarus imposed a sanction of 4 years’ ineligibility on the athlete starting on April 28, 2015, the date of his provisional suspension.
