Hosts Türkiye are in Group F, where they will take on Mexico and Australia. Hungary, which took the inaugural Women's U-16 Water Polo gold in 2022, will start its pathway to another potential world title from Group D, where its opening matches will be against Kazakhstan and South Africa.

The event will take place in the ancient city of Manisa from 28 June to 4 July at the Manisa Olympic Swimming Pool. This renowned venue recently hosted the U17 Women’s European Championships in 2022, helping solidify its place as a top-tier international event host.

“Right after organising two very successful events in 2023, the European U17 Women Water Polo Championship and the European U17 Men Water Polo Championship, we are ready and eager to do our best again to make you feel comfortable while enjoying the high-level competition of our valuable sport,” said Mete Erol, President of the Türkiye Water Polo Federation.
