Over a 1000 delegates, representing 400+ organisations, Aquatics experts, coaches and National Federations are gathering in Hangzhou (Zhejiang Province, China), for the three-day FINA World Aquatics Convention from December 8-10.

The Conference programme is highlighted by an impressive line-up of speakers that will cover a large spectrum of themes such as the on and off-site fan experience at aquatics events, marketing and digital exposure, bidding and event legacy, anti-doping and development.

The Convention serves as a platform for best practice exchange, knowledge spreading and a unique network environment. 

The FINA Swimming Coaches Golden Clinic will run in parallel of the Convention from December 8-10, also at the Hangzhou Intercontinental hotel. The rendezvous will provide delegates with the latest trends of coaching as star coaches Peter Andrew (USA), Nigel Redman (GBR), Sebastian Weber (GER) or Tristan Lehari (CAN) will take the stage. Following the 5th World Aquatics Convention 2018, the 14th FINA World Swimming Championships will kick-off on December 11 until December 16, and the FINA World Aquatics Gala to pay tribute to the best athletes of 2018 will conclude this two-week Aquatics festival in Hangzhou.
