The three-day event in Rostock, Germany, is set to welcome a selection of some of the world's best divers* at the inaugural leg of the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2017 from Friday February 24 to Sunday February 26.

The German leg is composed of eight events, the 3m springboard (men and women), 10m platform (men and women), and the synchro events (3m and 10m, men and women).

Divers from the following national federations are ready to take the plunge: Belarus (3), Canada (7), China (9), Croatia (2), Denmark (2), Germany (14), Hungary (1), Italy (7), Latvia (1), Malaysia (4), Netherlands (5), Romania (1), Russia (8), Sweden (5), Switzerland (4), Ukraine (6) (start lists)

Last year's edition of the Grand Prix saw China winning most medals at stake, while Japan, Ukraine and Australia were also often on the podium.

After Rostock, the Grand Prix will then move to Gatineau, Canada, for the circuit's second leg, on April 6-9.
