FINA Doping Panel Decision – Kira Toussaint (NED)

On 2 April 2019, the FINA Doping Panel issued a decision in the matter of Kira Toussaint (NED) regarding the alleged presence of Tulobuterol (Class S.6 Stimulants) in the athlete’s sample.

This decision is published in accordance with the Athlete's consent as per the FINA DC Rule 14.3.3. Some parts of the decision were redacted in order to ensure the athlete's privacy of personal information.
