FINA Doping Panel Decision – Henrique Martins de Souza (BRA)

On 27 March 2018, Mr. Henrique Martins de Souza (BRA) was tested positive for the substance SARM S-22 (Class S 1.2 Other Anabolic Agents) during an out-of-competition test.

Mr. Henrique Martins de Souza was sanctioned with a one (1) year ineligibility period in accordance with FINA DC Rule 10.2.2. The sanction started on 11 May 2018, the day he received his provisional suspension and will end on 10 May 2019.

All individual results achieved by Mr. Henrique Martins de Souza on or after 27 March 2018 shall be annulled together with the consequence thereof (forfeiture of medals/prizes, reimbursement of prize-money).
