On 15 June 2019, the water polo player Roberto Marques da Cunha Filho (BRA) was tested during a competition Brasil Open. The analysis performed on his sample indicated the presence of the Carboxy-THC (Class S.8 Cannabinoids)

 

The Brazilian Anti-doping Tribunal imposed a sanction of two (2) years’ ineligibility period on the athlete starting on 15 June 2019 and ending on 14 June 2021, for his first anti-doping rule violation.
