With emerging swimming talents alike Hungary’s Dora Molnar and Merve Tuncel of Turkey confirmed for the women’s competition, and Ksawery Masiuk and David Popovici from Poland and Romania, respectively, likely to put down some all-time best times now’s the time to get your tickets for the 8th FINA World Swimming Championships.

Reserved for the best age group swimmers in the world, this prestigious event will see more than 600 athletes from over 100 countries compete. Since Rio de Janeiro (BRA) hosted the event’s first edition in 2006, the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships has cemented itself as a milestone competition on the international aquatics calendar. With Lima 2022 coming just weeks after the 19th FINA World Championships in Budapest (HUN), where swimming stars put on stirring performances while showing their passion for swimming on the field of play. Most of these athletes first started to shine at the junior level internationally. Look for this edition of the event to follow suit by presenting many of the big swimming names of tomorrow to the world.

With the best age group swimming from all over the world soon to ply their passion in the pool, there’s no better way than being in the Peruvian capital to capture all the action live from the state-of-the art Legacy Videna Aquatic Centre. This venue has welcomed a number of major events in the past couple years, including the XVIII Pan American and Parapan American Games Lima 2019, the Lima 2021 South American Youth Aquatic Sports Championships and the FINA Water Polo World League Intercontinental Cup 2022.
