Saturday is women’s water polo medal day at the FINA World Championships at Budapest’s Alfred Hajos Swimming Pool.
Host nation Hungary takes on the might of United States of America at 20:00. Should USA win, it would be a seventh title and should Hungary emerge victorious it would be for the third time after 1994 and 2005.
The day starts at 13:00 with France and Greece battling it out for classifications 7-8, followed by Italy and Netherlands gunning for the bronze medal at 14:30. Italy beat Netherlands for sixth place at Gwangju 2019.
At 17:00, Spain and Australia front for the 5-6 placings.
