Gleb Galperin/Dmitry Dobroskok (RUS), in the men’s synchro 10m platform and Melissa Wu (AUS), in the women’s 10m platform, were the only athletes capable of beating the Chinese at the fourth meet of the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2008, held in Montreal (CAN) from May 1-4.

Besides the Russian and Australian victory, the divers from China dominated the remaining six events of the programme, with superstar Jingjing Guo getting two more gold in the women’s 3m springboard events. Athletes from 15 countries were present in Montreal.
