Reference is made to the decision of Doping Panel in the case of Matthew Willenbring after a positive doping control on 28 August 2017.
A new procedure before the Doping Panel was open to rule on the potential cancellation of results and medals for the three Relay events held on August 23, 2017, August 25, 2017 and August 28, 2017. For each Relay the Athlete was a participating member. Each Relay was conducted at the 2017 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships Indianapolis 2017.
It was decided that all results obtained by the United States Relay teams in the following three events at the 2017 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships (Men 4x100m Freestyle Relay on August 23, 2017; Mixed 4x100m Freestyle Relay on August 25, 2017; Men 4x100m Medley Relay on August 28, 2017) shall be disqualified which shall include the loss of all records and the forfeiture of any medals, points, prizes or prize money.
