On January 11, 2016, the swimmer HUANG Chaosheng (CHN) was tested positive to the prohibited substance Hydrochlorothiazide (Class S.5 Diuretics and Masking Agents) following an out-of-competition doping control test conducted by CHINADA.
The China Swimming Association imposed in accordance with art. 10.5.1 a sanction of six (6) months’ ineligibility on the athlete starting on February 4, 2016, the day of his provisional suspension. All competitive results obtained by the athlete since January 11, 2016 were disqualified with all resulting consequences including forfeiture of any title, award, medals, points, prizes, etc.
