FINA confirms that the Open Water Swimming competitions at the 13th FINA World Championships will take place in Ostia according to the following programme:

• July 21, 2009 (Tuesday): 5km Women (09:00) and 5km Men (11:00)
• July 22, 2009 (Wednesday): 10km Women (09:00) and 10km Men (13:00)
• July 25, 2009 (Saturday): 25km Men (09:00) and 25km Women (09:10)
