We are looking for a dedicated and experienced coach with the following qualifications and skills:

- Specialized knowledge in competitive swimming (high level licence)
- University degree in sports and/or theoretical knowledge in high performance sports
- Experience as swimming coach in a high level position
- Experience at the international level
- Excellent reputation at national and international level
- Management skills
- Leadership qualities and skills
- Language skills: English and German
- Computer skills (ms office)
- Knowledge of the German sports system

The salary will be adequate to this position.

The working location will be the Head Office of the German Swimming Federation in Kassel.
