1. Registration procedure

The Entry Forms will be processed electronically by the Organising Committee. Each NF will receive a unique access code for fill in entries. The National Federations with no Internet access will be able to send faxes to the Organising Committee at the following number: +90 216 332 41 55
2. Travel & Accommodation assistance
FINA, with the support of the Organising Committee of Istanbul 2012 will provide Travel and Accommodation Assistance to the participants from National Federations to the 11th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) to be held from 12th December to 16th December 2012 in Istanbul (TUR). Travel and accommodation assistance will be provided for the following people:
• The NF President or his representative or the coach (1 person),
• Three (3) athletes from the National Federation (3 persons).
The amount of travel assistance was communicated to all National Federation in May 2012.

Price of the Team Hotels:
5 star hotels: 258€ Single Room, 344€ Double Room
4 star hotels*: 198€ Single Room, 264€ Double Room
(*) No charge for the persons who benefit form FINA subsidy during the period starting from 10 December (arrival) to 17 December 2012 (departure).
The accommodation subsidy will be deducted from the total amount of the accommodation invoice (109 Euro per night and per subsidized person).
4. Registration and qualification of competitors
Each Federation may enter no more than two competitors per individual event, regardless of standards. There is no limit on the number of events in which each competitor may enter (BL 18.104.22.168).
a. For each relay event, each Member may enter only one team. All swimmers entered in individual events can be used in relays (BL 22.214.171.124).
b. The composition of a relay team may be changed between heats and finals of an event. When preliminaries are swum, medals or diplomas shall be awarded to those swimmers who swam in the heats and the final race (BL 126.96.36.199).
c. The names of swimmers actually swimming on a relay must be submitted at least one hour before the start of the session in which the event is to take place, in the order in which they are to swim. The names of the swimmers in medley relay events must be listed for their respective strokes (BL 188.8.131.52).
d. Each Member may enter a maximum of 26 men and 26 women swimmers (BL 184.108.40.206).
5. Team officials
Individuals who are serving as Team Officials (coaches, managers, chaperons, etc.) cannot serve as Technical Meet Officials.
Each Federation shall be allowed to include in its delegation Team Officials (coaches, managers, trainers, chaperons, etc.) in a number dependent upon the number of competitors entering and participating in accordance with the following:

National Federations are to note the number of Team Officials (coaches, managers, chaperons, etc.) allowed by discipline, as above. A fee of 50 USD will be payable for each approved additional accreditation pass.
7. Local transportation
Shuttle transport will be provided by the Organising Committee for the Team Officials.
