The FINA Unannounced Out-of-Competition Testing Programme 2011 included 652 swimmers from 55 nationalities making a total of 1'088 tests.

517 swimmers from 53 nationalities were tested in competition with the occasion of the FINA Competitions 2011 making a total of 808 tests.
