Japan Swimming Trials for the FINA World Championships in Shanghai this July and the Universiade Games in Shenzhen in August are well in sight. The Trials will be held at the Hironoshin Furuhashi Memorial Swimming Center in Hamamatsu from April 9-11, 2011, as part of a charity event held for the Japan disaster relief.

Most swimmers in Japan including breaststroke ace Kosuke Kitajima but also Takeshi Matsuda, Junya Koga, Ryosuke Irie, Naoya Tomita, Ryo Tateishi, Shiho Sakai, Aya Terakawa just to name a few, are in top shape for the up-coming test. They will swim fast also for Japan’s hope to rebuild from the natural catastrophe.
