a) Team officials (TO BE CONFIRMED BY FINA)
Individuals who are serving as Team Officials (coaches, managers, chaperons, etc.) cannot serve as Technical Meet Officials.

Each Federation shall be allowed to include in its delegation Team Officials (coaches, managers, trainers, chaperons, etc.) in a number dependent upon the number of competitors entering and participating in accordance with the following:

Accreditation
National Federations are to note the number of Team Officials (coaches, managers, chaperons, etc.) allowed in accordance to the number of athletes. A fee of 50 USD will be payable for each approved additional accreditation pass.

Local transportation

Shuttle transport will be provided by the Organising Committee for the Team Officials.

b) Technical Meet Officials

Required Days of Duty

Officials will be arriving on August 14, 2011 and will be leaving Lima on August 22, 2011.

Expenses of travel, accommodation and food

The accommodation and three meals per day, for the period August 14-21, will be provided for all the Technical Meet Officials.

Travel expenses shall be the responsibility of each National Federation.

Local transportation
Shuttle transport will be provided by the Organising Committee for the Technical Meet Officials.
